Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy applies to all purchases of the Stretch-eze® from ZilaBreathes, LLC. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 24 hours of receipt (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been accepted and another notification when it has shipped.
  • In the event of delays due to high order volume, supply chain issues, or other unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you promptly by email.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Domestic Shipping (U.S.): Orders typically arrive within 3-7 business days after dispatch.
  • International Shipping: Available to select countries. Delivery times vary by destination and customs clearance and may take 10 days–3 weeks.
  • Shipping Charges: Shipping fees are calculated and displayed at checkout. Customers are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or import fees assessed by their local government.

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number once your order has shipped. Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to update.

Shipping Delays & Liability

ZilaBreathes, LLC. is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, customs, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Risk of loss passes to you once the order has been delivered to the shipping carrier.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 30 days of receipt at orders@stretch-eze.com with photos of the damaged product and packaging. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
If your package is lost in transit, please contact us so we can file a claim with the carrier.
