Refer to the table below for recommended sizing based on height, moderate resistance and average body type. Since resistance and movement needs can vary, it’s often useful to have two sizes on hand to support different exercises and applications.

X-Small 4’0” - 4’11”
Small 5’0’ – 5’6”
Medium 5’7” – 5’11”
Large 6’0” – 6’4”
X-Tall 6’5” and taller (or in pairs)

If you are between sizes, pick the smaller Stretch-eze® for more resistance!

The Stretch-eze® is guaranteed against defects in materials and workmanship for one full year from date of shipment. All fabric will wear with use and no guarantee is made against normal deterioration.
